Fulfillment Policy

Fulfillment Times

We normally fulfill orders within 5 business days of ordering, or (if your order is significantly prior to a particular event, fulfillment may take place more than 5 business days after your order, but prior to the applicable event). If you are placing an order less than 3 business days prior to one of our events, we recommend that you contact us to ensure that the order may fulfilled. We use the following fulfillment methods:

  • For in-person events, fulfillment takes place when you attend the event.

  • For online/virtual events, you can:

    • pick up from us directly (please contact us in advance to arrange a pickup),

    • request free delivery solely within Manhattan South of 115th Street, or reasonably within 10 minutes biking distance of the Manhattan, Brooklyn or Williamsburg bridges (if you are unsure if you are located within the delivery area, please contact us to confirm in advance),

    • arrange for your package to be shipped, either by FedEx 2Day shipping, or FedEx Ground shipping. If your order relates to an event that is less than one week away, we recommend using FedEx 2nd Day shipping.

All orders will be confirmed via e-mail and processed within the timeframes set forth above. We will contact you promptly if there are any problems with your order. You will be promptly notified by email of any unexpected delays in processing and/or shipping.

Shipping and Handling Costs

Shipping and handling costs are fixed at $20 for the first item, and may increase between $2 and $5 for each additional item depending on the size and weight of the item.
