Mar. 17: Drammers Chicago -w- Ardbeg's National Brand Ambassador Cameron George...

Hello Chicago Drammers!

We've got great news -- on March 17th Cameron George is coming to town, he's the US National Brand Ambassador for Ardbeg, and he's bringing the "Master of Smoke" airstream mobile!  Ha.  Thanks to the generosity of our friends at Ardbeg, the event is free for our members (with RSVP!).  Location is the GNS Market (address: 4092 N BROADWAY, CHICAGO, IL 60613).

Since the 17th is also St. Patrick's Day, we're starting things early -- the "Master of Smoke" Ardbeg car will be there from 12-4:30pm, and our tasting with Cameron will start at 3pm.   We'll be tasting:

• Ardbeg New Make

• Ardbeg 19yo Batch 1

• Ardbeg 19yo Batch 5

• Ardbeg Anthology 13yo Harpy's Tale

• Ardbeg Smoketrails Batch 2 Cote Rotie -- this is a new release only available at travel retail

• Ardbeg  8yo "For Discussion" (not available in the US)

This will be a slightly different format than we've done in the -- a little more informal, more one-on-one time with Cameron.  We'll go back and forth -- he'll talk about it a little bit, then we'll hang out for a bit, etc.  We've done this before with them in other cities, and it's always a fun time!
