Hello San Francisco Drammers!
You're invited to join us this Friday for a special tasting with our good friend Peter Currie, he's the longtime face of the historic independent bottler Duncan Taylor and he'll be in San Francisco this Friday and has generously offered to join us as our guest speaker.
Peter has a remarkable history, having spent 7 years on the team at the Sprinbank Distillery, followed by another 7 years as the Global head of sales for Duncan Taylor Scotch, and then for the last 7 years he has been the head of the import company Shand Imports, which imports Duncan Taylor, along with several other important Scotches like Black Bull, and even a couple agave spirits. He'll be bringing a little bit of everything for us to taste this Friday, in what promises to be an exciting event.
